NEW WORK GOING OUT FOR BID COMPANY IS EXPANDING
WE are looking for Professional, Business Minded, "Right Attitude" - Independent Contractors to deliver large National Companies, products in the 80919 Zip Code. It's just like FedEx/Ups type of work.
We have a route available for Bid. This Route will need 1 to 2 drivers to handle.
Time Frame: "Between"11am & 9pm. Your Route will vary in time depending on how many stops you have and how fast you go. You could be done by 4pm, 6pm or up 10pm, it just depends on the amount of work you can deliver.
These Routes will require A CARGO VAN & A MINI VAN or 2 CARGO VANS.
"The Route": how it works is, you show up at the warehouse, where you will have an established Zip code. Which means, you will be in the same area everyday. So it becomes very easy to learn that Zip Code to be able to go fast and smooth with no frustrations. Also your not spending a lot on gas and time going from one Zip Code to another. At the warehouse, at your Zip Code spot, you will scan all your packages - get a manifest of those stops - "map" them out on your electronic mapping program - Put them in the order the way you want to go - and go DELIVER. It's that simple. When you get to a stop, you scan the package and leave it. This isn't "rocket science" It's the driver with a poor attitude & no organizing skills that always has trouble. Our drivers don't have that problem and that is why most of them have been with us for 5 to 10 years.

This work is INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR WORK - NO EMPLOYEE WORK
Qualifications Required to Contract with our Company:
Back Ground Check - Back 7 years
Clean MVR Record - Back 5 years
Commercial Auto Insurance -$300,000 combined single limit
- WE can help you obtaining these requirements - If you are unsure on how to get them. This is "Standard Industry" - Requirements so no need to be nervous about having this material.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is a MUST - must be able to interact with our customers personally. So good appearance and communication skills are a priority with us.
Daily Time frame of Work: Anywhere from 11am to 9pm - Monday thru Friday. Times will differ from day to day. Some days are heavier than others.
Being "organized and knowing how to load your vehicle correctly (saving energy) is KEY. Having a good GPS and the "Right" hand cart (Dolly) is a MUST.
If you are new to this industry - "IT IS IMPORTATANT" that you give yourself a good 3 to 4 weeks doing this work. It's always frustrating in the beginning - and seems like you will never be good at it. However all of our Drivers have experienced this in the beginning. If you "put your time in and stay positive" you will get smooth and confident, and then the work isn't overwhelming to you.
We have been in business of 16 years now and have grown in size every year (including our Drivers).
The Most Important Lesson that we learned over these past 16 years is: SECURITY - If you desire a long-term Career with stability as well, then this industry is where you want to be.
