Small growing accounting firm serving small to medium sized businesses in the Denver Metro Area of Colorado is seeking an experienced bookkeeper. Salary is very competitive commensurate with experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
Required Skills
Proficient in Quickbooks (or well experienced in comparable accounting software)
Knowledgeable of office suite programs such us Outlook, Excel, Word
Knowledge of payroll forms such as 941, 940, W2s, COUITR, Co withholding requirements, etc.
Knowledge of expense accounts and their meanings however, no data entry is needed
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment
Ability to interface well with staff and our external vendors and partners
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational skills
Be Bilingual in English and Spanish
Desired Skills
3-5 years Bookkeeping experience highly desired but not required
Tax preparation experience highly desired but not required
Again, salary is very competitive and you will be compensated in accordance with your experience but minimum with the skills above will be between 32k yearly at the very least plus commissions to at a minimum 36k. that is with the least experience or recent graduate of accounting clerk or bookkeeping certificate.
