Established local CPA firm has an opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This position will support multiple clients in a high-volume environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Process accounts payable invoices for multiple clients
- Scan, code, and input invoices
- File scanned invoices on server
- Print checks and prepare payment packets for approval and meetings
- Enter check information into accounting system
- General ledger update and preparation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- High volume accounts payable experience (3+ years)
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excel, Word, and Outlook experience a must
- Full charge bookkeeping experience a plus
- Must be dependable and a team player
- Demonstrated attention to detail
Compensation Benefits:
- $47,840-$52000 depending on experience
