We are a well established and rapidly growing Commercial and Residential Glazing Company in Aurora with a broad General Contractor and Production/Specialty Builder base, and a large long-term backlog of contracted projects. We have an immediate need for a Commercial Estimator/Project Manager.
We have an outstanding team of experienced glaziers who have an excellent reputation for top quality workmanship and customer service. We are currently looking to add an Estimator/Project Manager to our management team so that we can continue to grow while adding to that reputation.
Project types will include New Construction (multi-family, retail, hospitality), TI and Remodels, with sizes ranging from $15K to $1M. Glazing types include Storefront, Curtain Wall, Interior Heavy Glass, Specialty Glazing, Shower Doors, Mirrors, etc. You will be responsible for estimating and pre-construction for new projects, including submittals and shop drawings, as well as some project management where required. This may include, but is certainly not limited to, scheduling, ordering materials, job walks, GC meetings, scope management, change orders, etc. Extensive administrative support will be available in our teamwork-first environment.
Glazing and/or construction field and office experience, as well as a solid work history, are all required. You must be detail oriented and well organized and you must have the ability to communicate diplomatically with General Contractor management, field personnel and office administrators.
