We are seeking a professional administrative support person devoted to excellent customer service and attention to detail in performing business operational functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform administrative support for day-to-day operations and general clerical duties.
Daily input of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Generate professional correspondence and reports.
Respond and manage online inquiries and orders placed through our website portals.
Order entry: create jobs in our electronic order system and review to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain highly organized filing systems; email correspondences, electronic files.
Assist office personnel and provide sales team support.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in business administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Quick-Books.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast pace environment.
