Primary Duties:
Obtain CO Property & Casualty and CO Life & Health Insurance licenses
Shadow existing employees to quickly gain efficiency
Attend all classroom, virtual and conference call training sessions
Interface with internal software applications to answer questions related to coverage, billing, and some claims communications
Manage CRM tool and sequential marketing program
Skills Required:
Strong work ethic and competitive drive
Ability to work well within a team
Ability to multi-task is a must
Comfort with technology and computer applications
The role includes customer service as well as identifying gaps in coverage
Starting Pay:
Pay will be commensurate with experience and performance
