We recently expanded in the Denver area and, as a result of this expansion need strong, career-minded people who want the long term with a stable company. We will be looking to expand within our territory with the possibility of losing key managers to other areas. This has resulted in the need for us to add new management candidates to our local office in order to maintain our current growth. We are currently looking for motivated, hard-working leaders who want to immerse themselves in our culture of positivity, excitement, and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be dependable, hard-working, and be able to follow instructions, but also be proactive, and effectively improvise. Must be a team player and pitch in on any task when necessary. Although we have various positions available, we are currently looking for a motivated individual who either has management experience, or aptitude for leadership and a willingness to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved.

2. Responsible for compiling and generating reports.

3. Scheduling meetings and appointments.

4. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable.

5. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas

6. Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.

7. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

8. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
