Title: Software Developer (MDM)Location: Denver, COType: Direct Placement PURPOSE:Responsible for analysis, design, development, administrative and support activities related to enterprise-wide master data management initiatives leveraging packaged and custom software.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners with a team to define the overall MDM solution, sets delivery guidelines, prepares, and reviews detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined solution
- Will work with business analysts to identify, scope, analyze and finalize requirements for enterprise-wide master data management initiatives
- Will facilitate requirements gathering, perform design, build, test, and document activities for packaged software applications such as Enterworks Winshuttle, Informatica MDM etc.
- Will work under the direction of a manager or supervisor as part of a team to deliver large-scale business solutions or enhancement projects.
- Will be responsible for designing, developing and configuration of solution(s) for an entire business function or processes or on enhancements to existing processes while managing scalability and performance.
- Will work with Data Governance Office to manage reference and master data sets for underlying data architectures, processes, and systems
- Will bring Industry and Domain Best Practices and Methodologies in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Integrations, Business Intelligence, and Analytics layer of the enterprise.
- Occasionally works with Project Manager(s) (PM) regarding scope, tasks, and resourcing
- Performs program configuration/modification and set-up activities within packaged software such as Enterworks Winshuttle, Stibo System, Informatica etc. Additionally, Develops the data model, object model, rule sets, UI configurations and performs administrative tasks for packaged software.
- Identifies impacts to business resulting from newly configured or improved business functionality.
- Validates the design and implementation of the overall Infrastructure and performs the build, deployments, and maintenance of the environments
- Leverage standard Issue, Problem and Change Management toolset in tracking and providing status on support work activities.
- Conducts internal, partner and customer training-when required.
- Participates in Solution Reviews and UAT sessions with business.
- BS/MS in a related discipline.
- MDM/PIM Certification preferred.
- 5-8 years of Master Data, Data Analytics and Information Technology experience
- Previous Technical configuration experience with Master data / Product Information Management tools such as Enterworks, Informatica MDM, Stibo Systems, etc.
- Should have worked on at least 3 MDM Domain(s) : Vendor, Customer, Employee, Location, Product
- Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Integration and Technical configuration experience preferred
- Experience with Enterworks PIM system and cloud platform is preferred
- Experience with data visualization software (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, etc).
- Experience with Product Information, Content, and Digital Asset Management solutions
- Required Skills: MDM, PIM, Enterworks, Python, Unix, SQL, ETL, SSIS/SSRS, SOAP/REST Webservices
- Preferred Skills: Java, API and ETL Integrations, Microservices, Informatica MDM, Data visualization s/w
- Methodology: AGILE, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Analytical and data driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
