Responsibilities and Duties
Mentor & Teach individuals 1:1 according to the individually designed program around the persons wants and needs to make their life a quality life. Direct Care
Willing to drive around the Denver Metro area.
Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have an insured reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass a Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background Check
Available to work nights and weekends, if required.
Flexibility
Experience preferred but not required

Benefits/Perks
We offer an EXCELLENT benefit package for Full-Time Employees (after 60 days): (full-time hours are 30+) If you work a 40-hour work schedule the benefit packet would equate to an additional $3.63/hr. $7,550/yr. making the annual salary equate to $38,750-$40,830 annually.
