- Leverage tools like Deque Axe to define and implement accessibility testing for critical websites, and integrate those tools into existing test automation frameworks.
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about accessibility, WCAG compliance, and test automation best practices.
- Be able to explain to development teams why automated testing matters
- Help teams integrate BDD into their development process
- Help teams increase the use of TDD
- Work with others across the company to increase overall code quality through a shift-left approach
- Strong experience implementing automation testing solutions using Selenium and other test automation tools/frameworks.
- 5+ years' experience writing test automation scripts
- 2+ years of functional Accessibility or ADA/WCAG compliant testing, using accessibility tools including Deque Axe core libraries
- An understanding of the difference between TDD, BDD, integration testing, smoke/sanity testing, regression testing, and acceptance testing
- Proven ability to stay current with emerging technologies and new applications of existing technologies, through work or continuing industry or education involvement.
- Proven experience collaborating with multiple teams, including business unit teams, to deliver solutions through all aspects of the SDLC required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with others
