Description:This position is for a Full Time Bar Back at the Hyatt Regency Denver within Peaks Lounge and Assembly Hall. This position will float between the 2 outlets pending business levels.The Bar Back is responsible for ensuring the outlet bars are fully stocked with liquor, wine, beer, glassware and other supplies. The position also involves ensuring cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas, and other tasks as assigned.
Must have refined verbal communication skills
Previous food & beverage experience preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requires a considerable amount of standing and the ability to lift, push and carry a moderate to heavy amount of weight.
