The

Assistant Showroom Manager (ASM), assists with managing the Showroom Team and the overall success of the store. This individual is also the lead sales driver for the team by ensuring the team delivers a true, high touch retail experience.

You’ll serve as a passionate RevZilla ambassador, possessing extensive product knowledge, and a commitment to exemplifying outstanding leadership qualities. Our next ASM has the passion to lead and inspire others by providing consistently excellent customer service in support of a Podium worthy showroom experience.

You’ll engage with the RevZilla customer at the highest level, providing expert gear knowledge with a focus on proper fitment, technical performance, features and overall product expertise with predominantly premium brands from the RevZilla.com website. Your enthusiasm for motorcycle gear and riders of various motorcycle lifestyles will lend itself to the customer’s overall experience, creating a customer relationship that lasts well beyond one transaction.

The ASM is responsible for being proficient in all Showroom operations, including opening and closing the store, administering returns, keeping the team on track and motivated to meet and exceed sales goals, and delegating daily responsibilities amongst sales associates.

Responsibilities will include, not be limited to:

● Serve as a role model for other team members

● Ensure the RevZilla brand is maintained through exceptional service and continued focus on improvement of the in store customer experience.

● Assist in managing showroom staff functions including Hiring, Training, Scheduling, and the Performance review process.

● Serve as an essential sales driver, communicate daily/weekly/monthly sales goals to the team, assist with merchandising, cash management, special orders, and opening and closing procedures.

● Provide sales support to customers by listening, inquiring and recommending merchandise based on the customer’s needs

● Educating customers about the world of premium motorcycle gear, with an emphasis on fitment and features as it relates to their motorcycle lifestyle

● Stay informed with regards to company communications, company information, sales and company-wide events; truly becoming a resource to our customer base and the team as a whole.

● Communicating the ins and outs of technical motorcycle apparel from brands such as Arai, Shoei, Dainese, REV’IT!, Leatt, Klim and Alpinestars.

● Facilitate sales associate learning and development by addressing knowledge gaps and continually educating the team

● Maintain an expert level of knowledge on RevZilla’s product offerings and assist in product training for other staff members of TeamZilla

Qualifications

● 2 years + of Sales Management experience; motorcycle retail experience is ideal.

● 2 years + of customer service experience, preferably with a specialty or sales driven environment.

● 2 year + of product sales experience.

● A passionate, yet friendly advocate for protective motorcycle gear.

● A friendly and upbeat personality.

● A self-starter that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized high touch retail experience.

● Eagerness to learn and be a part of the riding community.

● Proficiency with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro experience is A+).

● Motorcycle riding and knowledge are strongly preferred.

● Weekend availability and a flexible schedule is required.
