We offer a wide range of financial solutions, including investing, banking, advice and education, and retirement services.POSITION SUMMARY:TIAA is seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager with

specialization in data science and analysis to examine large data sets to

identify trends, develop charts, uncover insights, and create visual

presentations to help businesses make strategic decisions. This role is in

support of TIAA’s Institutional Digital Store assisting retirement plan

sponsors and intermediaries. The individual will work closely with the Digital

Product Manager, Business Sponsor, key stakeholders and agile scrum team to

ensure the vision and goals of initiatives are met including input to team andshared scorecards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Use data to highlight new product features thatappeal to clients and business partners to drive growth and efficiency, andassign business value for product features prioritization.

Create data models to analyze customer behaviorsand predict future behaviors to better assess the impact of potential changesand driving planning.

Partner with team members to understand productfeature deliverables to develop appropriate metrics and outcomes, and provide documentationand prioritization of data related stories

Analysis of KPI data and other metrics todevelop insights, improve forecasting and help identify actionable next stepsto drive efficiencies with key business partners

Provide business expertise to data oversight andgovernance; build models that proactively identify anomalies to determine recommendationsand actions

Provide input to plan delivery and ensure adherenceto required portfolio and program routines and standards.

Own requirements, user stories and acceptancecriteria for data related features and functionality. Contribute to story groomingto refine and prioritize the backlog.

Incorporate Voice of the Customer (VOC - clientand internal user feedback) during the development and recommendations formetrics and data related features.

Identify financial data patterns that identifycustomer behaviors to develop hypotheses to predict the impact of changes as aninput to goals, business cases and adoption strategies.

Create and conduct presentations to educate andinfluence team members and business partners on analytics use, trending, andopportunities

Required Skills:

Data analysis skills and experience drivingbusiness initiatives by focusing on customer metrics, analytics and insight.

Proficient with written and verbal communication skills

Desired TechnicalSkills:

Working knowledge of Agile methodologypreferably Scaled Agile Framework

Prior experience working with a FinancialServices firm preferably in Digital Technology

Prior use of JIRA and CONFLUENCE tools.
