- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Any IT recruiting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- Ability to think creatively in order to identify talent.
- Adept at Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required (this position requires almost 100% phone conversations).
- Strong attention to detail and organization is needed.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Source, interview, qualify and submit candidates for assigned job requirements.
- Schedule phone and onsite interviews in conjunction with Account Managers.
- Extend offers of employment and coordinate with HR on background checks, paperwork and start dates.
- Identify new business opportunities (sales leads) as appropriate.
- Attend local networking events and participate in training opportunities as necessary.
- Own the candidate care process, regardless of the time of day.
