Job Req #: 21-05920Job Description: Atlassian Suite AdministratorLocation: Denver, COJob Type: Six-month contract, could likely extend Key Responsibilities: The primary focus of the Enterprise Application Administrator role is to execute application administrative tasks to support the user community and the Sr. Application Administrator. In addition, the Administrator is required to provide application training, documentation, and support process improvement efforts. The role is responsible for working on solutions to address incidents related to Enterprise applications. The main responsibility is to perform day-to-day application administrative tasks, provide user training, update application / end-user documentation, and generally ensure that issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Administer Third Party tools based on end-user's requirements while providing excellent customer service
- Manage ticket queue and prioritize work based on Manager directives
- Log and communicate all problems, resolutions and root causes to JIRA, IT staff and management
- Analyze system errors and work with operations and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution
- Participate in design of business solutions
- Assist in creating Business Requirement documents, Workflow diagrams, and Knowledge base articles
- Write training material for defined applications
- Assist Sr. Application Administrator in designing solutions that meet the companys needs.
- Build and own end user relationships, securing commitment and resolving conflict.
- Evaluate and prioritize activities to align with key management objectives and directives
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data. The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- JIRA and/or Confluence administration required
- SharePoint administration and other ITSM applications preferred
- Business Analyst and Project Management experience preferred
- ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
- SDLC knowledge preferred
