Key Responsibilities:The Global Technology department plays a crucial role in supporting the success of the business. They are responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art software and hardware and maintenance to support our fund management, trading, distribution and operational areas with secure, stable and resilient technology platforms. Overview of the role
- You will collaborate with the business to gather and document requirements to improve existing and build new systems and processes.
- Work with the Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Project Managers / Scrum Masters, data analysts, data architects and developers to define solutions and implement change
- Take ownership for changes assigned to you, including facilitating the required meetings, acquiring sign-off of acceptance criteria and managing to implementation
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution design
- Conduct data sourcing from JHIs data platform to support detailed analysis
- Produce quality test plans and lead all aspects of system and user testing either as an individual or in conjunction with other teams
- Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
- Oversee risks and issues effectively with timely escalation to the Product Owner or Change Delivery Lead
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
