The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager with business analyst responsibilities.
- Must be detail oriented and able to distinguish between similar processes.
- Must be able to use logic and critical thinking in problem solving, including the ability to look at a problem using a “big picture” approach and consider multiple options.
- Must have the ability to develop strong relationships and ability to facilitate team atmosphere to solve technical challenges.
- Must be willing and able to accept constructive criticism and handle conflicts.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment. style="box-sizing: border-box;"
- Has a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- Previous kronos Dimensions or payroll systems experience strongly preferred.
- Technical and Business Intelligence (BI) skills strongly preferred.
