- Interact with Central Business and Facility end users to gather visualization and reporting requirements.
- Accountable for documented requirements and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain committed dates, milestones and deliverables
- Manage the Change Control process, managing scope within project constraints
- Provide status reporting
- Facilitate design sessions and work with the development team during the development phase
- Coordinate with QA and ensure User Acceptance Testing
- Oversee delivery team activities
- Assist with system implementation and rollout
- User documentation and training
- Provide production support
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or other relevant degree
- Someone who has been a true BA with at least a minimum of 5 years of truly focusing on BA support
- Healthcare industry experience
- Enterprise Reporting experience (being able to design reports is required)
- Visualization (understanding how to show trends over time)
- Strong experience in SQL
- Expert in preparing Business Cases, Gap Analysis (AS IS TO BE)
- Skilled in writing BRD's and FRD's
- Skilled in writing data queries
- Skilled in working with various BI Tools such as Cognos
- Experience supporting a project through to its completion from launch through support phases
- SQL experience
- UAT experience and running UAT
- Skilled in writing test cases and working with the Business
- Combination of experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
