Job Description

Job Summary: Work with Business professionals, IT and 3rd party Vendors to provide functional and technical support across multiple applications within Property Operations (e.g. One-Site, Real Page, Entrata). Configure administrative and security settings in support of business related requests as well as provide tier 3 user support and problem solving Ensure effective, efficient process are documented and adhered to while also providing the highest quality of customer service and responsiveness both internally and externally. Requires a non-traditional work schedule in order to respond to the priorities at hand. The ability to be flexible is key.

Essential Functions:

1. Develop subject matter expertise in business applications.

2. Configure application administrative settings in support of business related requests.

3. Configure document mapping for automated document generation tool.

4. Maintain change control records and/or directories.

5. Database configuration and setup for property acquisitions and dispositions.

6. Ad-hoc query/report extraction using SQL. Maintain security roles and coordinate with IT to implement roles in an effort to ensure compliance.

8. Trouble shoot and determine resolution where there is no historical pre-defined solution.

9. Work typically involves non-repetitive, moderate inter-departmental interaction under minimum supervision.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. 3-4 years Administrator/Helpdesk experience. Experience and knowledge with property management software, preferably OneSite but flexible to others including RealPage, Yardi, MRI or Entrata. Advanced MS Office Skills.

Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication. Accuracy with a strong attention to detail. Assumes accountability for global configuration data integrity and communication of such. Ability to respond quickly and determine appropriate sense of urgency when warranted. Ability to work flexible non-traditional schedule as the business need indicates. Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and determine resolution where no historical pre-defined solution exists. Organizational and team interaction skills. Ability to understand and translate complex technical verbiage in an easy to understand language. Superuser experience preferred.
