Responsibilities: - Create Case Management and Master Data Management change management and communications plans for internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and program objectives- Attend program meetings to understand upcoming changes, assess impact and refine change and communications plan as necessary- Create a shared Case Management and Master Data Management vision through providing updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders- Build relationships and work effectively with key, cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, conduct knowledge sharing, review communications and promote collaboration- Conduct stakeholder analyses to determine where teams are on the change curve and create influencing strategies to incorporate into the change management and communication plan to ensure changes last- Lead change management plan execution including securing necessary resources, overseeing training, writing internal/external communications and providing status updates- Plan and coordinate change and communication initiatives from start to completion including setting deadlines, responsibilities, summarizing progress and conducting meetings- Communicate changes to project/program scope, schedule, resource, budget or new risks and issues- Work closely with senior leadership to create and deliver key internal and external messaging to stakeholders and target audiences to further shape the shared change vision- Determine global/local relevance, coordinate with regional and local SMEs, gain approvals and tweak content and/or translating as needed- Deliver high quality and compelling presentations, written materials and content to communicate the message, vision and reason for change to the audience- Proactively identify and advise on communication best practices

Qualifications:

Critical- Experience in leading significant, large-scale process, and/or system change.- Proven track record at driving adoption and partnerships with stakeholders to ensure change is successful- Highly skilled at articulating concepts and complex information in a concise manner through presentations, written communication, and various channels- Poised executive presence with succinct presentation / facilitation skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives- Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Demonstrated writing ability that is engaging, organized and simple to follow- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, including ability to illustrate concepts visually- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Strong project management skills- Experience working effectively across various functions, levels in the organization, and regions- Organized and able to prioritize- Proactive and able to work independently- Enthusiastic and a passion to learn and develop- Ability to travel internationally- Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)

Preferred Experience: - 5+ years of experience in Change Management and Communications preferred- Change management certification preferred- Experience with SFDC, customer portal programs or master data management systems preferred- Bachelor’s degree preferred- Experience with process mapping and MS Visio preferred
