AIR is hiring a

Contract Recruiterto assist with our Corporate and Operations hiring efforts. Working as part of a centralized team in

Denver, CO, the Contract Recruiter will be responsible for executing AIR’s recruitment strategy to ensure job opportunities are filled timely with quality candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment efforts for Corporate and Field Operationsopenings including individual contributor, manager, and regionalpositions.
  • Establish relationships with department leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement and onboarding of new hires.
  • Identify creative and effective methods for sourcing quality talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local technical schools and other potential referral sources.
  • Manage employment marketing effortsincluding writing compelling job ads and selecting advertising partners that will attract qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of both internal and external candidates for critical positions.
  • Execute AIR’s team member referral program
  • Monitor public job advertisements regularly ensuring quality of posting, and alerting leaders to fraudulent postings if/when identified.

Additional Information

  • This is a temporary role, with an Expected pay rate of

    $35-$38/hour.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • The assignment is expected to last through

    October, 2021.
  • We believe in a flexible work environment. This position will split time between working in the

    office, and working from

    home as dictated by business need.
