Entering client-specific information such as in-network clinics, specifics of drug screens, POC info, process updates all within MS Excel
Make updates to existing profiles based on customer changes
Assist donors in scheduling their tests or answering basic questions about the process or lab locations
Job Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of call center experience or equivalent fast-paced customer service
Basic Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work within high volume or fast-paced environments with extreme attention to detail
Must be reliable and looking for a career with a company who values their employees
Excellent communication skills as there is no script
