Currently hiring for our customer service team to help support a business data management company!This is a great opportunity for those who may have experience or looking to get their foot in the door with a great company who offers growth and job security! You will mainly be supporting calls from customers interested in utilizing the company's services and entering critical data in setting up new customer accounts or updating existing accounts.Below are more details! Entering client-specific information such as in-network clinics, specifics of drug screens, POC info, process updates all within MS Excel

Make updates to existing profiles based on customer changes

Assist donors in scheduling their tests or answering basic questions about the process or lab locations

Job Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of call center experience or equivalent fast-paced customer service

Basic Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work within high volume or fast-paced environments with extreme attention to detail

Must be reliable and looking for a career with a company who values their employees

Excellent communication skills as there is no script
