- Must be able to follow written, detailed, step-by-step instructions with limited supervision once trained
- Must be able to distinguish between similar processes and minor changes in data
- Must be able to use logic and critical thinking in problem solving, including the ability to look at a problem using a “big picture” approach and consider multiple options
- Previous Kronos Dimensions experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with payroll accruals data preferred
