Submit an application today!Major responsibilities- Develop, propose, establish, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; along with spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions- Supply clear communications to the customer that are appropriate to their needs and life stage- In addition to guiding a team of digital specialists, you will lead the digital strategy- Calculate take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives- Cooperate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to boost the customer journey & experience- Push more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives- Lead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI- Secure that the CRM plan is executed in good time and within budget Requirements - Less than one year of experience required- A harmonious mix of skill, management experience and initiative- Accomplished in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site- Previous role in management preferred- Past participation in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)- Knowledgeable of SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM- Highly-skilled in vendor management- Fact-backed multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency- Has substantial experience in expanding digital brands with strong ROI- Marketo experience desired- Foundational knowledge in Salesforce Integration- CRM marketing experience- B2B Marketing experience- Proven knowledge of project management- Knowledge of Salesforce MarketingQualified candidates, please apply here and you may also reach out to Marc Geyer at Robert Half Marketing and Creative.
