Piper Companies is currently seeking a Director of Product for a REMOTE opportunity. The Director of Product will have the opportunity to lead a team in bringing bottom-of-funnel e-commerce tools that add value to clients through creative solutions to grow their market share, communicate with and retain customers, and run their businesses.
Responsibilities of the Director of Product: • Manage of team of Product Managers overseeing technical customer business support and marketing products including user experience, back-end development, and product marketing and growth • Develop and implement a prioritization framework that weighs a variety of inputs to drive production, delivery, and adoption • Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate with engineering, design, support, and marketing to bring products to market that drive customer growth and resolve issues Qualifications of the Director of Product: • 5+ years' experience in product design, product management, or user experience design in technology, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or subscription services • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports • Background in technical product management in a high-growth and agile environments • Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, as well as project management frameworks and tools such as Jira Roadmap, Confluence, Aha, or similar whiteboarding/flowchart tools Compensation for the Director of Product:- Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 plus bonus dependent upon experience
