TCP/IP, IP routing, LAN and WAN protocols, Wi-Fi, both IPv4 and IPv6.-Open WRT development/deployment experience preferred-Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and explain complex technical problems-Ability to communicate with client’s customers clearly and professionally-Must be able to work largely independently and remote from engineering staffEducation/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.• 5-7 years related experience requiredJob Description:-Serve as a front end to our engineering team at the customer for multiple CPE products.-Work with Sales Engineering, Program Management, Software Development teams to efficiently resolve customer reported defects.-Visit customer sites and work hands-on with customer’s engineering and QA staff to troubleshoot, gather key information and diagnose reported issues.- Develop embedded software for CPE products.- As needed, test company's software releases before release to Charter to insure quality.
