IT Support Services Analyst - Tier I/II

Type: Long Term Contract (6+ months)

Schedule: Hybrid (2-4 days in office)

Hourly Rate: $21-$30 per hourW2 hourly contract with optional benefits

We are looking for a motivated individual starting out their IT career to join our busy IT department as a Tier I/II IT Support Services Analyst. This individual will work with the rest of the team assisting our end-users in multiple locations with all computer support calls.

Duties:
  • Answer incoming computer support calls via phone, email, and/or personal contact, and entering the problems into our incident tracking system.
  • Provide PC technical support for first level software and hardware questions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on PC's and printers, in addition to assisting with installation and configuration as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of technical support experience.
  • Working knowledge of PC operating systems, office applications, and a basic understanding of networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Sound and calm troubleshooting skills are required, in addition to possessing the ability to recognize critical situations and discern when to apply a sense of urgency.
