We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to work onsite at our client's office in Denver to assist the technology team as they prepare for employees to return to the office. 3-Month Contract with Possible Extension Hours 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday Overview:
- Help with hands & feet user support for staff returning to work after pandemic restrictions are eased
- Help connect peripherals - docking stations, keyboards, mouse, monitors, and headsets (inventory is available in-house)
- Resolve simple connectivity requests - Wi-Fi connectivity and LAN port issues
- Resolve display issues with multiple monitors
- Coordinate with facilities team for moving equipment between floors (just 1 campus building)
- Floor walks to track & resolve issues raised by users (typically on a whiteboard stationed on every floor)
- Must be proficient with Windows 10
- Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow preferred)
- Previous end user face-to-face experience in an enterprise environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to start ASAP and see contract out
