  • Detailed understanding of how to configure and administer data and projects within Jira and Jira Align
  • As a JIRA Align admin, the user should be well verse with:
o Add Userso Updating/creating/deleting roleso Add New Programs/Portfolioso Add New Programs Increments/Add New teams and JIRA Data (Integrated with JIRA Projects/Boards)o Remove a team from One Program to Anothero Close/start a Program Incremento Configure field screens etc
  • Responsible for helping define best practices and improving methods to benefit the user experience
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
  • Operate with a “can-do” attitude within a dynamic and frequently changing organization
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to cultivate support, lead change, and help drive acceptance across the organization
  • Strong mentorship and facilitation skills that will allow you to help train and onboard new end users
  • Work with Agile team and planning leads to identify, define, and coordinate Agile tools and their deployment to ensure work aligns with organizational strategic goals and roadmap
  • Utilize a structured, focused, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems across tools
  • Provide strategic consultancy and guidance to leadership and Jira Align users
