- We would be looking for project people – 1-5 years’ experience
- They would be mentored by an on-site PM that you would provide
- Entering Jira data – not creating the Jira framework
- Using Dish workflow management/asset management tool – NexSys1
- Taking calls from cell site field engineers (non-Cisco) and managing the queue
- Managing escalations
- Cisco higher level of support
- AAV circuits – late/malfunctioning
- Quality inspections – test reports are loaded into systems
- Chasing up product orders/delivery dates
