- Partner with key business stakeholders to oversee market planning data/reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to help test and measure the efficacy of marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Drive successful marketing analytics projects including sourcing new leads, scoping the market penetration, analyzing the metrics/relationships, etc.
- Serve as direct line of communication between Marketing Leaders (Digital, Media, CRM, etc.), as well as high-level marketers, analysts, and developers
- Conduct analyses on the marketing tactics used to make recommendations for positive business outcomes
- 6+ years' experience in digital/marketing analytics, with a proven track record of success
- Recent experience managing/leading marketing analytics teams
- Proven expertise with SEM ad campaign management utilizing Google and Microsoft advertising platforms
- Skilled in data development, hands-on experience writing SQL queries
- Experience with/exposure to social media marketing platforms, A/B Testing, and Power BI
- Past experience across various CRM, ESP, and CMS platforms
- S. in Marketing, Data Science/Analytics, and/or other related fields
- Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Search, Google Analytics
