Job Description
The Partner Enablement Engineer is a skilled technical enablement individual who will help accelerate Zscaler’s partner enablement programs and initiatives. This person will work with cross-functional teams including Channel Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to build and drive deep engagement with all our partners. This person must be organized, have strong communication skills, and have confidence in relationship building across all functions. We are looking for a true team player that is excited to work for a fast-paced organization!
Responsibilities
● Establish and maintain expertise on Zscaler’s products and sales methodology
● Proactively engage with Channel Engineering and Partner Enablement teams to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful enablement plans, content, and programs at scale.
● Help to define and deliver formal and informal technical training sessions for partner resources
● Support the creation of technical content including how to implement specific use cases or best practices for new technologies
● Help to develop the process and curation for partner demos, proof of concepts, and architectural workshops
● Support monthly Partner Enablement webinars & events
● Leverage data to identify gaps and key learning opportunities for the partner community
● Facilitate training sessions with Zscaler’s internal Channel organization
● Develop scalable methods to introduce new content and training programs
● Benchmark, track, and report on metrics to improve programs outcomes
● Assist with the development of partner certifications
Qualifications
● 3-5 Years of experience in Channel Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven presentation skills
● Confident in dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience
● Highly motivated, self-starter attitude
● Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks
● Able to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
● Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality
● Prefer individuals experienced with System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Service Providers, and/or Distributors.
