Job Description

This Product Associate will be a member of the Issuer Processing, Product organization, and will be responsible for the continued product development and commercialization of the Visa Data Manager and Visa Campaign Solutions (VCS) products. VDMprovides Visa clients, Processors, and GSP provider’s access to information in relation to the cardholders and transactions and enables the Visa card issuers to deliver automated marketing and account servicing communications. The primary responsibilities associated with this position include:

  • Work within the Issuer Processing Product team to enhance and develop new products and services for the financial institutions, processors, and GSP providers
  • With guidance from Senior Product staff, assist in the management of the Visa Data Manager and Visa Campaign Solutions products. The team is responsible for the product roadmap, strategies and specifications, business plans, revenue, overall client satisfaction and service performance targets.
  • Cross functional agile development work with technology team. Development of detailed business requirements and product specifications.
  • Provide analytical insight and assist clients with the execution of their portfolio reportingutilizing the VDMtool.
  • Coordinate cross functional groups within Visa (Technology, Marketing, Product, Implementations, Support, and Training) teams to ensure operational excellence for VDM/VCS with timely data in VDM and accurate campaign executions.
  • Communicate with internal partners to gather information, customer feedback and resolve product issues.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with four-year college degree
  • Business knowledge of payments or marketing will be helpful.
  • Analytical or statistical skills with the ability to summarize and find insights within data
  • Internship or full time prior position in business, marketing, or product management
  • Proven ability to service and support a range of internal and external customers and partners, while maintaining client / stakeholder confidentiality.
  • Good computer skills with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Agile development skills and knowledge of Jira
  • Excellent written and verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Team player that can successfully interact with all levels of management both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within the Visa organization to accomplish Visa business partners and processor priorities.
  • Able to work independently, and with broad instructions and adapt to a variety of work and projects
  • Comfort with high-level, strategic thinking, including wiliness to be an active and outspoken participant in decision-making

Additional Information

Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO- Relocation assistance will not be offered for this opportunity.

Work Hours: Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.

Travel: limited to no travel required

Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
