Job Description
Seeking PLS in Denver for Growing National Top Player!- Plans, organizes and directs work of one or more survey parties
- Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys
- Ensures our Field and Data Standards are adhered to on all projects
- Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
- Provides our project team and clients with frequent progress reports and cost analysis
- Work in tandem with the Survey Manager in business development and day to day operations
- Active Professional Land Survey (PLS) License in Colorado
- 5 years or more experience
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Experience in diverse markets (Oil & Gas, Transportation, Utilities, Government, etc).
- Plans, organizes and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in LW Survey's Land Surveying Services
- Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys
- Ensures LW Survey's Field and Data Standards are adhered to on all projects
- Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
- Provides LW Survey's project team and clients with frequent progress reports and cost analysis
- Assist LW Survey's Survey Manager in business development and day to day operations
- Active Professional Land Survey (PLS) License in the state the work is to be performed
- 5 years or more experience
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Experience on linear surveys particularly in the oil and gas industry is preferred
