Job Description: The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with education partners to manage the developmental, documentation, and financial aspects of certified continuing education activities for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities: Oversee the certification process continuing healthcare education programsCultivate collaborative relationships to facilitate the implementation of successful strategic partnershipsEnsure compliance with internal policies and procedures for adherence to the defined standards of governing regulatory bodiesMaintain records/data and facilitate reports on accreditation activities in accordance with established practicesCoordinate grant funding practices and facilitate program reconciliations in conjunction with partners and funding sourcesServe as strategic resource to help partners grow their organizations and maximize the impact of their educational programming

Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of current ACCME, ACPE, or ANCC guidelines and FDA regulationsPossess a background in the healthcare fieldCHCP credential is strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office programsA minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining responsibility for all aspects of medical project management, including client services and interacting with funding agencies and professional groupsTeam orientedCapable of administering multiple tasks concurrently and staying on top of project deadlines and deliverablesExceptionally strong organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAble to work with tight deadlines and multi-task many projects at different stages of development through completion in an organized mannerBe experienced with:o Goal-oriented project managemento Developing and maintaining client relationshipso Interacting with funding agencies and professional groups

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
