Job Title: Project Manager Location: Denver, CO (Huge Plus) - Remote candidate will be considered Duration: 6 months plus. This is a contract to hire. The key skills for this role are:
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex requirements concisely across all levels (analyst to C-level)
- Ability to proactively lead projects (and conference calls) through execution, not simply track progress
- Manage project risks and issues: develop and manage mitigation and contingency plans
- Develop and maintain project artifacts and conduct regular reviews to ensure all participants are aware of progress and roadblocks
- Hold the stakeholders (significant interaction with technology/software development) accountable and ensure quality deliverables
- Standard PowerPoint and Project Management software (Smartsheet preferred) skills
- Product Development
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Insurance and/or Absence Management Industry
