We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager. The primary responsibility is leading and managing a very large, high visibility HR project to successful completion.Responsibilities:
- Overall project management to ensure the project is delivered on-time, on-budget, and in-scope.
- Partners with key project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensures team roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, manages the schedule.
- Manages issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Communicates project status, risks, and issues to project team and key stakeholders.
- Serves as the main source for one “version of the truth” for the overall project status.
- Use appropriate project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams. Prefer experience managing project in ServiceNow ITBM/SPM.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects.
- Project management experience with a focus on HR compensation, HR systems, and processes.
- Leading large scale projects requiring interactions with executive level stakeholders
