Hybrid 3 days/month onsite in one of these locations:

Denver, CO - Malvern PA - Brentwood, TN

6 Months Contract with possible extensionThis Project Manager will have responsibility to deliver a large, complex project of strategic importance, using clients specific project delivery framework. The PM will oversee the installation of an Edge or Gateway device within the IT closets to support a Enterprise clinical application. This position will involve working with two vendors to perform the installation which is comprised of 70-80 clinics per week starting ASAP. This person will have direct contact with clinic BioMeds and Facility Administrators to facilitate installs with the least impact on clinicians as possible. The focus of this role will be to support Back Office Portfolio, with possible secondary support for Infrastructure Portfolio. This is a fast project that will blast off immediately with literally no ramp up timeThe main scope of work for the Project Manager is to manage and support the Project Leadership Team to a successfully deliver the agreed project scope. This includes driving the project and tracking progress via multiple processes including:

Creation of and tracking against schedule
Managing risks and issues
Managing creation and tracking of budget
Create project documents: Charter, spend workbook (forecasting), rate document, executive readouts
Needs to have executive presence ad experience presenting to c-level team members
all eyes by the CIO - someone with that presence
Communicating effectively to IT and business leadership
Appropriate escalation of issues with PLT and leadership
Creation of all applicable PMO project artifacts
Managing geographically diverse teams

Required Skills and Expertise:

Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of project management experience
Experience facilitating various installs and working with vendors
Solid understanding of Infrastructure (knowledgeable with IT closet, rails, quad boxes, etc.)
Experience using Microsoft suite of tools including MS Project
Experience using PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool
Project management professional accreditation preferred (PMP)
Skilled in working with MS Project
Knowledgeable in Portfolio Management, Project Budgeting, working within a PMO
Strong Project Leadership skills

Certifications & Licenses:

PMP - Project Management Professional
highly desired
