Job Description

We are hiring a

Purchasing Administrator to join our team in the

Denver Tech Center!

As the Purchasing Administrator, you will:

  • Support the purchasing activities in procuring materials, equipment, and services.
  • Manage vendors onboarding process
  • Assist in ensuring contracts with suppliers and vendors are consistent with company objectives.
  • Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers to secure consistent supplies and competitive prices.
  • Assist Accounts Payable Team with vendorstatement reviews
  • Develop and oversee the supplier base for assigned services Work with internal customers, supply vendors to support smaller scale procurement efforts
  • Support negotiations with suppliers for assigned commodities to achieve the best price, quality, and schedule.
  • Utilize organization-wide purchasing policies and ensure compliance.
  • Support and coordinate the registration of new suppliers in company systems.
  • Research new sources of services making recommendations to reduce costs and improve quality. Maintain all required records of sourcing, negotiations and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of directly related experience or equivalent amount of work experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management.
  • Able to work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure the organization’s needs are met while managing purchasing process procedures.
  • Strong communication and administration skills

    $44,000 - $53,000.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
