The Cyber Security Defense (CSD) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSD team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program. This role is part of Cyber Threat Defense Operations (CTDO) as the QA Manager working for the CTDO Executive. It is responsible for the management of the CTDO QA team ensuring the comprehensive QA framework is applied end to end across the CTDO process, timely feedback completed and SLAs are adhered to related to the bi directional feedback. The role is to build and maintain data analysis of across the threat portfolio to deliver sustainable strategic output as an input to GIS Strategy and initiative planning, including data analysis from across the threat portfolio and trend analysis. The successful candidate will develop QA governance demonstrating the repeatability of the process and management of repeat errors. They will be responsible to lead the team to deliver continuous improvement of the CTDO process including education materials and own adherence to the CTDO playbook and QA processes of the input channels driving adherence. Knowledge and experience with information security controls, infrastructure, problem management, risk identification and data analysis are key to this role, requiring extraordinary data analysis and communication, together with a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Learn more about this roleVacancy expired!
