Job Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The Early Childhood Floater Teacher reports to the Director of Early Childhood Education and is deployed on a daily basis to support classrooms in need, across KIPP Colorado Elementary Schools
The Early Childhood Floater Teacher assists with delivery of instruction, care, and the preparation of instructional materials for three, four and/or five year-old early childhood education students as directed by the ECE classroom teams at each site and Director of Early Childhood Education
Additional classroom duties may include but are not limited to support with activities of daily living and keeping the classroom clean and well-organized.
Qualifications
Preferred:Colorado Teaching License in Early Childhood Education
Minimum PDIS Level III Credential or
AA in Early Childhood Education
CDA non-degree certification
Verified Completion of 2 College Courses: ECE 101, 102, and/or 103
Willingness to travel across Denver Area between 2 campuses

Compensation and Benefits- Salary will begin at $45,750 and is commensurate with experience.
