Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide direction and technical management for the Salesforce platform
Vision to help take our company to the next level and lead fellow Salesforce professionals towards best practices
End-to-end technical solutions that are sizable yet scalable
Identify product requirements for future enhancements

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software development experience and designing solutions
Salesforce Certifications are highly desired or working towards them
Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
Vast knowledge working with object-oriented programming and languages (Apex, Java, C#, or equivalent)
Efficient problem solver and effective leader
