We foster opportunity both for our customers and the employees who serve them.At a high level, the Senior Manager over IT Center for Enablement for Adobe is responsible for establishing a Center for Enablement to ensure the tenants of the platform are utilizing global core capabilities in order to minimize development duplication and introduce standards that all tenants will adopt to help drive consistence, higher quality and re-usability across the enterprise. This includes managing the partner relationship with Adobe, ensuring that we are getting the value out of our current investment and responsible for working with internal business stakeholders to understand future product needs. As the lead of the Adobe C4E, responsible for onboarding all teams (business and IT) to the Adobe platform, ensuring standards are met and that reusable components are shared and utilized. Responsible for a communication plan around the C4E that includes progress against roadmaps, implementation of new features, updates on the product, etc. The ability to create executive level communications, more detailed level communications and tailor the message to both technical and non-technical audiences. Individuals will be responsible for a team of technical architects that will drive technical standards/governance across the organization. It will be critical to be able to manage the team as well as influence and collaborate with several teams that are outside of your direct influence.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for developing and leading the Adobe Center for Enablement at Dish
  • Be a key anchor to mentor and grow technical resources in the Adobe stack
  • Responsible for the overall work plan development, high-level scope definition, timelines and budget estimates, resource allocation and issue resolution
  • Drive implementation and adoption of value add features, automation, and orchestration
  • Help establish overarching program goals and objectives in the Digital experience program
  • Successful development of program related documentation, including the definition of shared lane development practices
  • Provide vision and direction for a better user contact experience
  • Verify regular audits are completed for processes, data, controls, and security
  • Prioritize project and task requests and provide oversight through completion
  • Assist in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and retention activities
  • Define standards and leading practices that all shared tenants will adopt, and effectively promote and influence the usage of those standards
  • Oversee development efforts across multiple project work streams
  • Ensure strong coding standards are employed for efficiency, readability and reuse
  • Help define and administer processes for shared development lanes as part of the CI/CD process.

A successful Center for Enablement Manager will have the following:
  • 5+ years of management experience in large enterprise environment
  • Vendor management experience
  • Adobe experience is preferred
  • Experience in executing Digital Strategies / Programs
  • Experience with the creation and maintenance of detailed requirement and specification
  • Ability to conceptualize a solution from inception to implementation, experience leading Adobe projects from end-to-end
  • Ability to identify critical issues within product specifications, design and development and establish resolutions quickly and efficiently
