Direct and develop direct reports within the International Tax Operations team
Manage processes, activities, and tasks of the International Operations team to ensure U.S. tax compliance and quarterly provision deadlines are met
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize resources
Conduct tax research and document findings/positions
Oversee ad hoc International Tax related projects
How you will collaborate with others:
Cooperate with Domestic Operations group to ensure efficient collation of U.S. and non-U.S. results
Consult with non-tax functional groups such as Treasury, Accounting, and Legal to further departmental and company objectives
Support Tax Planning & Forecasting, Tax Reporting, and Tax Controversy groups
Work with Tax Tech on process improvements
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
Compliance for non-U.S. tax activity required under U.S. tax laws and regulations
U.S. tax calculations related to non-U.S. components of quarterly tax provision reporting (e.g., deemed inclusions, FDII, and FSI/FTC)
Memos documenting research and findings of tax positions
Memos documenting Tax Operations’ processes
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years in a Big 4 / U.S. multinational corporation tax environment
Five (5) years in international tax
Two (2) years of management experience
It would be useful if you have:
CorpTax experience
OneSource Tax Provision experience
