About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager -ACH in Infrastructures and Emerging Services as part of Global Product Management and Development Team within Global Treasury Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Partner with the Product Management and Development (PM&D) Product Executive teams as well as the Product Design team to support core ACH processing and changes that impact the existing ACH ecosystem or operational processes
Function as an Agile Product Owner as needed in support of initiatives impacting ACH, including NACHA rule changes
Serve as the ACH subject-matter expert on the I&ES team in support of the broader PM&D team
Support all stages of a project's life cycle from ideation to production implementation
Collaborate with impacted technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to produce change assessments that relay challenges, the recommended implementation approach, delivery timeline and dependencies for requested project work related to ACH processing and the ACH ecosystem
Lead working sessions / meetings as required to deliver on assigned tasks
Other tasks as assigned, related and unrelated to ACH
Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:Knowledge and understanding of ACH banking systems and applications
Knowledge and understanding of international ACH transactions (IAT)
Experience creating epics and user stories as an Agile Product Owner
Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Jira
Knowledge and understanding of NACHA rules and regulations
Exposure to international faster payments
