Supply Chain Management Lead client in Denver, Colorado. This is a

full-time, direct hire position in

industrial automation industry.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education and Experience »
  • Graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Computer Science. Masters degree is desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a multi-national manufacturing company with strong functional expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, sales and operations, forecasting and order management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
  • At least 8 years of direct experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules and strong functional knowledge in VCP, ASCP and Oracle demand cloud.
  • Candidate should have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience with hands-on configuration, implementation and support using Oracle EBS in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle EBS modules like Manufacturing, SCM, Value Chain Planning, Closed Loop Supply Chain Management (CLSCM), Purchasing, Inventory, Cost Management, WIP, BOM, and ASCP.
  • Functional expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Available to Promise (ATP) and closed loop supply chain ng related tools, processes and its modelling and implementation in a dynamic manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge and experience in supply chain execution processes such as manufacturing and order management.
  • Experience in supporting supply chain management and execution processes in manufacturing environment. Ability to interact with cross functions from planning, commercial and IT.
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain methodologies, related KPIs and reporting.
  • Adept knowledge of the underlying Oracle schema, integration points, data conversion and technology processes.
  • Strong skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle Implementation Methodology, Business Process Engineering and similar ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Experience in managing supply chain management applications. Oracle Value Chain planning experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a matrix management environment with various objectives and priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving multiple programs focused on transforming client supply chain, demand management, S&OP, order fulfillment capabilities to maximize service to customers and to create business value.
  • Responsible for Process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user training for Oracle eBS SCM Applications, VCP, ASCP and Oracle Demand cloud.
  • Provide analysis, problem resolution and improvement plan for Supply Chain, Demand Planning systems.
  • Conduct gap-analysis and work with business leaders to enhance SCM, VCP and ASCP applications.
  • Support the implementation of solutions through a formal process including requirements gathering and definition, gap analysis, design, development, configuration, project planning, testing and deployment.
  • Manages and tracks all supply chain management support issues with Oracle. Conducts Oracle VCP issue review meetings with IT and business.
  • Provides techno-functional expertise in supply chain management and execution applications.
  • Manages the production migration of fixes and enhancements.
  • Manages the techno-functional documentation related to supply chain management systems. Ensures that the documentation is up to date.
  • Manage projects with varying degrees of complexity, provide production support to the business users and system processes, and ensure high level of IT service.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with external business partners in supporting SCM stack of applications.
  • Develop and coach an effective user and super-user community.
  • Will oversee a team of techno-functional resources onsite, off-shore or cross functional matrix organization and have responsibility for day-to-day coaching to ensure success in execution of multiple simultaneously running global and regional deployment projects. Will select, provides leadership, coaching, direction, provide evaluation and if necessary, dismiss solid and dotted lines reporting resources as technical and functional consultants.
