Experis IT is looking for a passionate Survey Programmer to program market research surveys and turn the resultant data into statistically verifiable insights. You will program online surveys using Decipher, Qualtrics, and other online platforms as assigned; clean and structure data sets in SPSS; generate data cross-tabulations using WinCross or other software as assigned; monitor operations and quality control procedures for improvements; and learn a variety of advanced analytical techniques.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned.

  • Programming online surveys with special attention to logic and aesthetics
  • Clean and structure complex data sets in SPSS
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques in SPSS and other programs as assigned
  • Produce client-friendly data cross-tabulations
  • Maintain databases/data systems
  • Define new process improvement opportunities
  • Thoroughly review datasets by reading through open-ended responses and determining quality controls

REQUIREMENTS

  • This is an in-person position in our Denver, CO office (no remote work)
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Excel
  • Past experience with survey programming and data analysis preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Decipher, survey programming tool
  • Qualtrics is strongly preferred but not required, provided you can demonstrate an understanding of survey logic and the potential to acquire the necessary expertise
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python helpful but not required, provided you can demonstrate the potential to acquire the necessary expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
