- Programming online surveys with special attention to logic and aesthetics
- Clean and structure complex data sets in SPSS
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques in SPSS and other programs as assigned
- Produce client-friendly data cross-tabulations
- Maintain databases/data systems
- Define new process improvement opportunities
- Thoroughly review datasets by reading through open-ended responses and determining quality controls
- This is an in-person position in our Denver, CO office (no remote work)
- Evening and weekend availability
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Excel
- Past experience with survey programming and data analysis preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Decipher, survey programming tool
- Qualtrics is strongly preferred but not required, provided you can demonstrate an understanding of survey logic and the potential to acquire the necessary expertise
- Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python helpful but not required, provided you can demonstrate the potential to acquire the necessary expertise
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
