The ideal candidate should have flexibility towards learning new tools and technologies. As a Technical Business Analyst, the candidate will be getting an excellent opportunity to work with client business and IT stake holders. Skillset:
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience
- Excellent knowledge in SQL programming side
- Very good knowledge in Data analytics area.
- Must have ability to interpret data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Must have experience in developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Very good understanding in ETL space using Informatica and reporting tool like Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English is must
- Should have excellent documentation and presentation skill set.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Perform requirement analysis.
- Manage multiple business stake holders and communicate with them effectively and promptly
- Flexible enough to work with offshore time to set up meeting with various offshore technical teams
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with internal customers, client IT team, and managerial staff.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, onshore and offshore
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
