Telecom Program Manager Denver, CO
- Experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in Telco environment.
- Strong understanding of telecom principles, including familiarity with 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G Core technologies.
- Network elements integration and troubleshooting competence from customer projects
- Experienced technical writing skills sufficient to produce white papers, test cases, test plans, design documents, and technical diagrams.
- A thorough knowledge of software development phases and processes is key, including a working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall and Agile approaches.
- Ability to utilize key facilitation skills with technical, managerial and business stakeholders to communicate issues and risks and arrive at appropriate solutions and plans.
- Organized, collaborative, and structured approach to managing people, project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies across systems/teams; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
- PMP certification and Advanced Degree preferred
