Mosaic is not about standing out from the crowd - we lead it!We are currently looking for a Territory Manager to join our innovative, growing company. The Territory Manager will oversee a specific territory for an organization and acts as a liaison between company headquarters and the company’s presence in their respective territory. The Territory Manager’s primary job is to increase sales volume within their assigned region. The Territory Manager will cultivate relationships with retail partners and field leadership to drive strategic initiatives for increased sales and market share of brand products through retail sales training, merchandising, and assisted selling. Competitive salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities based on KPIs and performance metric achievements.Responsibilities:Drive increased sell through and market share for each store within the designated territory through a comprehensive approach including direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store personnel at all levels

Develop and maintain relationships with store management and regional management within a specific area or market

Work with store management to increase shelf and merchandise space at store level

Expand brand presence through effective and creative merchandising, maintain brand image and planogram compliance at defined locations

Perform light merchandising including replacement of brochures and occasional placement of larger displays, not to exceed 25 lbs.

Learn and maintain product knowledge while communicating to diverse audiences face-to-face or through virtual touchpoints

Gather data, market intelligence, and competitive insights as part of daily reporting of activities through online reporting systems

Other duties including administrative responsibilities as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred

3 years’ experience performing in-store merchandising

Combined sales and/or retail sales experience with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless preferred

Experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or within a service organization

Strong selling, presentation and computer skills.

Strong communication skills including being able to effectively present in front of small and large groups

Self-starter and independent worker with the ability to manage their daily activity efficiently on their own

Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgement

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. without assistance

Responsible for ordering, maintaining, storing, and transporting POP

Have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver’s license

Flexibility in scheduling tied to key business hours

Some overnight travel may be required
